Well done to Steve, Carol and Admiral Al, and the other team members who have got her where she is today.
For those wishing to see her, she will be sailing into Portsmouth this Saturday: leaving Eastney at 11am, going through the Small Boat channel at 1pm and arriving at Port Solent at 3pm.
Hopefully there will be a large crowd of well wishers along the way and in Port Solent.

Watched Lively Lady sail past my flat this afternoon just after 13.00 hours. I am not a sailor. How can that little Lady with such a gallant crew sail around the world! I stood in awe at the sight of her on the Harbour May the elements and gods be kind to them who join the various phases of the trip.

Thank you Mary we still marvel at how Alec took her around the world the hard way around the caps and with none of the electronic aids we all have today. It was hard enough for us when we took her round crewed by the youngsters if Portsmooth. We look forward to what lies ahead. Carol
